Election Day

I just voted. I was in and out in a few minutes. I thought that might be the case. There has been early voting going on at the library for the past couple of weeks. I've driven by a couple of times and the lines were coming out the doors and around the building. I wondered if the polls might be pretty slow on election day since so many people were voting early. I went at about 2:00, which isn't usually a very busy time, but I wonder what it will be like during the normal busy hours.

It will be interesting to see what happens tonight. I predict that Obama will easily win. I just hope there will be enough checks and balances in place to keep us from turning into a socialist government.

Amen to that sista! Surely he can't do too much damage in 4 years. I DO NOT want universal healthcare--it scares me.

I too was in and out in a few minutes voting, it was great.

Kim, I voted early. I stood in line from 6:50 am to 7:50 am on election day at Legacy school. The cafeteria was packed and the lines went down the isles and around the corner. Thankfully they had about 20 polling booths set up and everything was running smoothly.
I was sad to hear today that the projected 1 million people turning out to vote in Utah was not met.

I too waited until election day and was in and out. My friend did early voting and took 45 minutes.

It will be very intersting to see what happens in the next 4 years. I think there are good and bad.
